when you look to ıvory handel its clearly terrible amateur restoration ( and parts are new ) , and scabard is not typical too ... on the barrel there is no word that kuran , where is the maker name of amel-i ?

the handle looks like walrus,i like the thing as a whole ,i dont think its restored at all , how about greek? nice thing well done.
