Michael is correct, it is a Sumbawa knife. Used for ceremonial rice harvesting. Beautiful example. Such a knife is already long on my wish list. Look on page 74 in A. G. v. Z.
Handle seems to be from hippo ivory. Inscription most probable jawi.
