Default Great find

Lotfy, Your right a few books have shown examples of these marriages from Victorian times onward. Compact souvenirs, Their was an early catalog company Bannermans that sold all kinds of married items. Here's one from Tirris book Islamic Weapons. I really like it,but the knuckle guard seems to restrict usage to slashing only. Steve

thanks Steve. that blade on your picture with the tulwar hilt is pretty awesome, I'd get it a nice silver hilt in traditional style if I had it :P

Hi Abdullatif.

Nifty piece. I agree that the knuckle guard makes using this very awkward. Whichever way you hold it the concave part is forward and the tip would stab the wrong way in an ice-pick hold. Only slashes with the concave part would be possible.

I think the marriage was made for novelty rather than functionality.

yeah I even thought of reversing the hilt, would look better that way.
