Hello Colin,

I did not have it tested, but when I bought it the inlays where tarnsihed and slightly darker. Some intense rubbing with oil and a cotton cloth brought it to the present shine.
I think it is a sort of brass.

I am pretty pleased with the scabbard, but wonder if someone can shed a light on the inlays.

Can you post pictures of your spear for comparrison ?
