They are called "chui" and the ones with dragons are recent. The last one looks more promising.

I was fooled by one of the dragon sword breakers recently, they look good, and you can find them everywhere from eBay to respectable dealers, but they are all fakes. Luckily the respectable dealers will give you your money back.

The jian sword breaker is more of an iron bar with a square or octagonal cross section with a tapering construction and appears very similar to the bian type iron whip, which has a more flattened cross section. The iron ruler is also similar but looks like,... an iron ruler with a handle.

The genuine examples of this class of weapons tend to be of simple construction made of good folded steel, not cast iron or brass.
