Smile Doing A Favor

Thanks for the help so far, Fellas .

It's not my sword; I have never handled a Kilij before and this one seems very light .
I'm wondering if this might be a souvenir from an earlier time ..
It also has a pretty good lenghthwise bend in the blade .
Not sure if the script is done in koftgari or what .

Interesting story behind this one; it belonged to a Gentleman's Brother who used to make home movies as a kid .
He now has 4 academy awards under his belt .
