I'll give it a go...
It reads Daurbek Borukaev in old Russian (most likely the name of an owner) with a date of 1886 (but you probably figured that part by yourself )I am no expert in names. My guess would be Buchara or surrounding territory. Definetely not Georgian or Armenian. It is a very nice peice and i wish i could offer you more information |
