Hi,
the reading of the tuğra is as follows:
Amel-i Muharrem, sahib Molla Muhammed
work of Muharrem, owner Molla Muhammed

The language of the inscription is Turkish, if you can provide partial pictures like the one of tuğra, it will make it much easier for me to read it.
