No. The blade is similar but its not the blade that the term Malsa applies to.... its the Hilt/scabbard. The particular blade type is BEYD.
The scabbard looks more like a typical Indian type which may have had a velvet centre section......so Indo-Persian, rather than an Arabian Dharia with a "kindjal" hilt.
