My two cents.

It is Indonesian. First thing that came up to me is that the leather scabbard (bad pictures to give comment

) is a reworked scabbard from the Dutch klewang used by the KNIL forces.

Now the picture are clear, and I've cleaned the Knife and Yes the scabbard is made with leather
