Thanks for the info.
I agree it's not antique. Aluminium where you'd hope for silver
But some signs of age, oxidisation of brass and shrinkage of the wood slightly.
Allegedly the collection it came from stopped 'growing' some time ago, so hopefully at least vintage
These double weapons are interesting aren't they?
