			The inscription is not arabic. Looks like Tibetan (Dzongkha (Bhutanese) It is a Sino-Tibetan language which is quite closely related to Tibetan and distantly related to Chinese) Have a look at this page for Tibetan numerals: Tibetan numerals The similarities are clear.
