It remains indeed a kind of open issue as there is no or not yet more information and back up available, except for our own opinions and relatively "proof" one provides for one's case!
Nevertheless it makes this forum a quite interesting place to learn more, provide information and have a fruitfull discussion. A perefct one I dare say and look forward to more people joining, engaging into this topic!
