Default Strange Philippines keris

I got this keris recently as it is quite peculiar
It is not so old. No antique I'd guess made in the last 60 years,

I'm confident it's from the Philippines.
But i could be wrong.
I think Mindanao.
Bug it doesn't resemble anything from Sulu. Where the keris have established motifs.
It has a one piece scabbard. That is it is sold not two halves and the slot for the blade has been boarded in .
The scabbard is wrapped with iron wire. There is an odd figure carved on the side.
The ferrule is brass and more like that if a baron or a daab.
The mythical beast on the pommel is common on Philippino weapons especially in the Visayas ..
Anyone know the province of this dagger. I feel like I've seen its type before but i just can't think where
