i am resurrecting this old thread because i just encountered this name Pamor Seliwah regarding such pamor in Lombok in another place so this can confirm that name to a certain extent, though it is quite possible this other source got this info from Ir. H. Lalu Djelenga to begin with. I believe in Jawa this would also be referred to as keris tangkis.
Here is my humble example.
