You're absolutely right of course. I do think one of the hardest things is exactly that though - knowing which search terms to use, particularly if you're starting from a position of little knowledge. Not sure if there's ever a way to mitigate that, which is where the older - no, let's say more experienced - members' willingness to respond to the millionth inquiry identifying a kaskara is so valuable.
