Exactly, thank you both for your comments. I’ve been towards Prague, because of the Bohemian Lion head, but there is ni sword on the gates. Same for Zagreb, the doors are closed and there is no sign of the moon and star. Astute observation about the lyre.
Could it be Gorizia/Görz? Did the k.u.k even use this coat of arms?
