Viking Sword with a History
Reading the article about the Viking sword find and it's plausible history is interesting in it's self:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencete...h-battles.html What I find the most interesting is the wire wrap and what looks like turk's heads on such an early sword in Northern Europe.
