NIAS SPEARLANCE / not a toho
I was lucky to add this rare nias lance to my collection.
length is 240 cms / not heavy, the wooden shaft is very thin. gracefull I would say similar examples are in Leiden and Firenze. (3rd picture = Firenze/Modigliani) Does anyone have an idea why they are so different from the toho types ? Toho types feel like they can be used on a boar hunt. Best regards, Willem |
