If you look at the finished pieces from the same seller, several of those were sold recently for about the same price. Same pics were used for all of them.
I contacted the seller with a question, and he told me that the handle was " imitation ivory", and that it was "not sharpened, but not dull either. You ( meaning, -"I") could do some damage with it".

If one is still pining for it, just wait a bit: there will be more:-)
