Unknown sickle shaped weapon
Hi
I was sent these images via my website as the owner thought they are billhooks, and she wants to identify them. They were her grandfather's, so I guess pre WW2 and probably pre WW1... From the style of the decoration, my first guess is Asia Minor, i.e. Turkish, Kurdish, Persian - or maybe even Indian - but I really have no idea where they are from.... Help please.... |
