Phillipines or Indonesia? - Ethnographic Arms & Armour

Was this made by an Indonesian who had seen a Tenegre or a Filipino who liked Indonesian blades and scabbards? The face is very similar to a tenegre hilt that I have. O/A length is 18" Blade is 13" Blade thickness is 3/8" The scabbard bands are brass and tin ( I think beer can ) All comments welcome. Thanks Roy Attached Images
