Hi,
if you turn the pictures upside down it seem to be a vase/flower pot with three flower in it.

There is a simmilar marking in "Wallace Collection Catalogue" Number A 681.
There it is a small sword from Solingen about 1640.

It is also told, that the flower pot mark also exists on a rapier in the Metropolitan Museum and on a sword in musee lármee Paris.
