Hi Rick,
The rectangularly angled end of that sear looks rather crude and also a bit too long. Its length should only be 2.5 cm and it should taper over its length, with the edges rounded, like the sear of the snaphaunce lock attached. Best, Michael Last edited by Matchlock; 5th July 2012 at 04:36 PM. |
