Default Tulwar cartouche
Good evening esteemed company.

I have a tulwar with a cartouche on the blade.
My question is, does anyone reccognise it, or know where it comes from?

Having just recieved it, it is not cleaned at all yet.
Any help with this would be most appreciated!
