I can't help you at all with translation, but just a hint; the boys who can read this stuff often require a bit more of a reward, that is to say, perhaps a view of a bit more of the blade in question to quench their vampiric thirst for the sight of ethnographic steel. In other words, you might get a reply if you show us the whole blade as well.
