I want to share this nice old klewang from Celebes.

It looks like a Labo, a Torajan utility parang. I have also seen it in use for sacrifices of buffalos (like the more ceremonial Dua Lalan) Here are mine (I forgot to take my own pictures of the second one). Check Kaudern for more info. Michael |
