![]() It is your second with this type of pamor, right?! First one was Javanese style and this seems to be Balinese style... I guess... I also love the scabbard and especially the silver work! Thank you for sharing it with us!

I am also very impressed by the high quality of this kris, especially the blade and the silver sampleng (pendok). And I agree with David that the blade would deserve a finely made kinatah.
However I feel that the cekah redut hilt (originally worn by soldiers) is too stiff and dull for this highly decorative piece, I whould rather select an ivory or silver togogan hilt... Regards |
