kindjal blade inscription [arabic] help

hello my 1st post and after reading up on kindjal swords I am confused.
sword measures 67 cent. overall, blade to hilt 51.5.
a translation please and what type of horn, anything you might add

identified as quite probably late 19th early 20th century dagestani.

Handle looks to be possibly rhino horn...........Dave.

Unfortunately, the Arabic inscription is incomplete. There are some missing words and missing parts of words, but I was able to read:

عمل اسحق

"Made by Ishaq [Isaac]"

Could you please send us more clarifying photos for the Arabic inscriptions?
