Tombak ( 2 ) javanese ?

Here the second one , same story as tombak (1)

Length 2.25 cm

There was a old crack in the shaft , and it looks like the put the 3 silver bands
around it for support.

If someone can tel me more , please ?

Unfortunately there was a lot more, which we didn't catch... :-(

At least it is good to know that all these items are not touched by collectors during the years, cause it is coming from the heirs of the commissioner, Henri de Chauvigny de Blot, who took it to the Netherlands in 1902.
It seemed that these stuff was on the attic for decades...always great to catch something from the Dutch attics out of old collections!

Again not a Javanese blade, and the sopal unlike any old Javanese sopal that I have seen.

Yes also this one loooks Atjeh or at least Sumatra.
I would not wrangan them.

The elaborate silver ferrules set your mind to Java, but silver ferrules are found all over the archipelago on high status pieces.

I will post some pictures of Atjeh spears I have later this week.

Agree with Willem, most probable Sumatra origin.

Very good looking spears.... Are they ceremonial pieces? Looks kindda like Thai a little.
