Help ID African sword please

Where does this steel planaria come from? Artzi suggests it is Teke, but other Teke swords on the forum do not have this shape, they are curved. The disk end is quite sharp.

The book "African Weapons" by Fischer & Zirngible, describe this type as Tetela.

The large nails to the brass sheet on the pommel, don't seem right to me however, but I could be wrong.
