				 | An interesting sword

Hello all! Upon my skimming of interesting swords, I noticed a strange, yet wondrous weapon. The sword is about thirty-nine inches in total with a thirty-one inch blade and a hilt with gold and silver. Based on the flange at the end of the blade, the sword might be a type of kilij and from the owner's claim, it might be a tool used by executioners during the eighteen hundreds. I would like to hear your thoughts on this item. Is it worth obtaining as an actual historical piece or is it like the kora I posted earlier as a souvenir. Thank you for taking the time to read this and hopefully this falls within the bounds of the rules. |

This is currently listed on eBay, and as such should not be discussed (as per forum rules).
