Unknown battle axe

I need your help to ID this axe.
It was found in Russia (Smolensk region).

Still the best reference in my eyes is

Dr. Rudolf Wegeli, Inventar der Waffensammlung des Bernischen Historischen Museums in Bern, vol. III: Stangenwaffen, 1939.

To me it looks exactly like a 19th century French trade axe, found in damp ground.

Sure, from my collection: 1st one looks exactly the same (in working condition), check the 2nd photo to see its cross-section.
2nd axe (3rd photo) I sold recently. I had more in the past.

Could be. Maybe even the Napoleonic campaign (I'm not familiar with the trail).
