I thought it would be nice for you to show a part of the Tropenmuseum, for those who are not able to visit the museum.
I will only post images of the weapons/weaponrelated items, and not the tribal art images I made on my last visit. I guess that would be something for another forum... Maurice |

Thank you very much for sharing. For many of us, it is nice to see images from museums we may never have a chance to visit. Many beautiful objects have been presented. What is the story with the first keris pictured, with the war scene on the blade?

Yes thanks for the pics - nice pieces. Although I would argue about the keris - looks more like bronze rather than copper.
