The guy whom i bought this from thinks is African; i say, no way. I take it is Asian, but i know nothing about theses things; neither the engraving nor the beast where the horn came from. It measures 35 cms. in (straight) height, base not included.
Anyone familiar with this type of work ... please ? . |

Hello Fernando,
To me, it looks like water buffalo horn. As with respect to origin, my guess would be Vietnam or that area. ![]() Hopefully, somebody will be able to give you more accurate information! Regards, Marius |
