Default Newly made Kindjal?

I am at it again, noticing more "genuine antique" items Here is Caucasian Kindjal with silver cogtgari. Next to it similar, although better quality in gold coftgari. Is it safe to assume both are recently made in India?

There are quite a few similar items coming out of Georgia.
Admittedly, some ( not all!) Georgian sellers openly indicate that their items are newly made and the greatest majority do not claim antique origin.
Indian sellers have no such scrupules.

Good to know, Ariel. Thanks!
Is coftgari practiced in Georgia nowadays, how common and (visually) similar it is to Indian work?

The lower one might be from there.

The first one is made in India. I have one of those and it is completely off. The one with gold coftgari looks more "authentic" i.e. it has all the features of a real kindjal and the rivets are done right. The only "flaw" is the ring on the scabbard, And I think that if this was made in Georgia they wouldn't miss it. So I guess Syria?

Thanks Arsen, and Ariel,
Arsen, good comment about the "flaw", this was the reason I thought both are from India, made in different qualities. Syria could be an option, but the steel type points more towards India.
