African Sudanese Sword for Sale

Here is a sword from what I believe to be eastern Chad. It is probably from the early 20th Cent. and is from a museum or personal collection(note blade numbers). The sword is 31in. overall, with a native made, hand hammered blade of 25.5in. The hilt is leather wrapped with a nice patina and a metal pommel. The scabbard is tooled leather with strap(one loop broken...see pic). Note some minor scraping to one edge of the scabbard(see pic).
Price: $175 + shipping.
