Sword restoration

Guys,
I have several Ottoman shamshirs/kilijes and a kindal than need to be gently restored : broken scabbards, torn silver scabbard plating , loose crossguards etc. Nothing major, kind of heavy-duty cosmetic "Day in the Spa", but no plastic surgery

I e-mailed Tom Kaczor and got no answer (hope all is well with him). Do you know who can do it?

I have used Philip Tom for a couple of things and been happy and I think Andrew has had some great results with Jose Albovias.

Does anyone know reputable restorer who can restore scabbard and make matching crossguard for a Kilij? Tom Kaczor used to do that work but unfortunately he is no longer responding. Perhaps someone has contacts for Philip and Jose, and/or others, and can PM me. Many thanks.
