Aceh Panjang (Published piece)
Nice old example of a Sumatran Aceh pangjang. Fullered laminated blade with the typical integral one piece guard. Carve water buffalo handle. No scabbard.
This particular piece was published in the book "ISLAMIC WEAPONS from Maghrib to Moghul" by Anthony Tiri on page 417. Asking $300.00 plus shipping ($15.00 S&H). |
