				 | Binangon

Hello, Here is a Filipino Binangon that I recently got from forum member Ward. It's in very good shape and even has the leather scabbard mouth-piece. The handle has lost a piece and is slightly loose. From looking at other examples on the forum, the handle shouldn't prove hard to set and to rebuild. I will clean the brass fittings and the leather piece, and oil the wood. The whole looks quite beautiful. I'd like to know a bit more about this weapons in terms of approximate time of manufacture.
