its definetely from the Philippines as the above have stated.
Best I can find it is what is called a type 30 bayonet( but I know almost nothing about bayonets). While this form was used as early as 1897 and until WWII end; Kokura only made them from 1936 to 1945. So were I to put an age on this one I would say most likely WWII
