Blade looks cool. Handle like some greek yataghans. Overall? Composition?

It is composition for sure. A yataghan hilt and half european saber blade, with custom guard and scabbard. The question is if it is new or old composition. I cannot tell from the photos.

To me it looks like a combination of both from what I can see from the pictures.
