Good day dear members,
Here is the scottish dirk I just get, I think it can be 19th century with the bulbous hilt shape and finely made entrelacs and Nice patina. The blade is well made too, especially the tip. There is a scottish flag under the ( glass made I think ) cairngorm and written Alba as the seller said . Badly reglued , maybe the pommel was differently made at the origin / without stone... |

I have too this nice presentation dirk with silver mounts,
Circa 1940 , silver mounts... but entrelacs-details on the hilt are really less carefully made... Any comments are welcomed Kind regards |

I agree that the cairngorm is glass (can see tiny bubbles and marks).
Interesting piece. |
