Default 2 Gunong

I got the smaller one from Ibeam at Timonium. (Thanks!) It's low contrast laminated blade is 5.5" long, and is about 9.25" overall. Fittings are brass and copper.
The larger one is 13" overall, with a massive 9" blade. It is .255" (6.5mm) at the thickest part. The blade is sandwich construction with a harder edge showing on both sides. The fittings are brass.
Thanks for looking.
Steve

Well, "Tito Gunong", the smaller one may be earlier due to the diminutive size and the shape of the hilt. The other one is later than that and interesting. Congrats!

Hello Steve, I see you've added a couple of very nice new members to your family. At least I know who to talk to when I decide to add one to my own collection because at this rate you'll have them all.

How many does that make your collection now, steve? I think you've well beyond earned your nickname of "Tito Gunong"! Maybe a new nickname is in order? "Datu Gunong", perhaps? You certainly DO have a kingdom of those buggers!

Tito is good.
I have around 40, I think.
So many gunong, so little time (and $)
When I started out collecting them, they were relatively inexpensive. That is changing quickly, so my collection may be near the max.
Thank you all for your interest.
