Bibliography on SEA weapons

I'm new to this forum and also to Southeast Asian weapons. I have been trying to locate reference material that relates to it, but it seems to be quite scarce. I would appreciate any reading recommendations, especially with regard to classical Java of the central period if possible (apart from Mr. Maisey's "Origin" article, I mean).
