Default Identifying Asian/Middle Eastern edged items

I have come across a small collection of several edged weapons which I believe comprises several Philipine, Indonesian, Persian and other similar items. I am looking for a book or web site which will illustrate these types of swords/knives so that I can identify them.

Thanks for your help.

If you could show pictures of the weapons, it would be easier to direct you to books and websides.

It would be nice to see some pictures.

If any are Japanese, check out my website at:

Also I have an extensive list of other types
of sword related websites on the Swords of the
World links page. You might try perusing some
of those.
