Ethiopian Sword

I would like to know how much this sword is worth, I recently aquired it through an Uncle who lived in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It says "GG" on the pommel, and has a thermometer logo on the steel.

Hi Ethioman,
You might look at the thread 'two beauties' as well as using the search feature for GG, gurade, and Ethiopian swords.
There have been many discussions on these markings over the years.
