Default Help to put a date on a Masaļ sword
Can somebody help me to put a date on this blade ?

The inscription is:
MARTINDALE
BIRMINGHAM
MADE IN ENGLAND
REGISTERED (with the crocodile)
N° 1623

On the scabbard there is a coin :
East African & Ouganda protectorates 1911
