				 | Please help read the Arabic inscription on a tulwar blade.

I tried to pinpoint the regional attribution by the shape of the hilt, but it's proven to be a difficult task. Blade has a couple of koftgari cartouches in what looks like Arabic. One has survived better than the other. Any help with translation would be appreciated! |
