Salaams Evgeny_K ~It looks like a Mussandam Axe. They are used there as a cross between a walking stick, camel stick and light defensive weapon ... A herders implement.

			Hello, Ibrahiim

Thank you for reply! It's very interesting, because my 'baby-axe' was dug up in central part of the Russia. Am I right suggesting that this axe could be used by Turkic peoples (Bulgars?), who lived in this region ages ago? Regards, Evgeny |

http://www.vikingsword.com/vb/showth...ight=mussandam . Certainly agree that this is not a child's item as a blow from this would be potentially deadly. This fulfills the requirement for a defensive weapon, tool, walking stick and camel stick. Regards, Ibrahiim al Balooshi. |
